Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – BAB 3, BAB 661, C362, AK Offenbach-AS Offenbach: Ausbau Offenbacher Kreuz; Neubau und Rückbau

The Offenbach interchange connects the two federal motorways (BAB) A 3 and A 661 and is located in the Rhine-Main region north of the city of Neu-Isenburg. The main traffic flow is along the A 3. This is a complex interchange, to which the B 3 federal highway (Babenhäuser Landstraße), which terminates here, is directly connected to the A 661 or to the parallel distributor roads via several ramps within the interchange. The Offenbach A 3 interchange, located only about 900 meters further east, is also integrated into the interchange. The planning task involves the structural design and design of the engineering structures in service phases 1, 2, 3, and 6, taking into account demolition and new construction plans. Scope of services for the planning task: - Phase 1 according to HOAI 2021, §43 Building Design - Phase 2 according to HOAI 2021, §43 Building Design and §51 Structural Engineering - Phase 3 according to HOAI 2021, §43 Building Design and §51 Structural Engineering - Phase 6 according to HOAI 2021, §43 Building Design and §51 Structural Engineering. The planning and execution that is the subject of this contract is to be carried out by the contractor using the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method. The resulting requirements are specified in the service description, which is further detailed in the Employer's Information Requirements (EIR). This must be taken into account when evaluating the basic services.
