Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Bau GTS u Erweiterung Schulcampus Waging-Leistungen der Objektplg für Gebäude u. Innenräume, §33 ff

The subject of this contract is the provision of phased architectural design services for buildings and interiors in accordance with Sections 33 et seq. of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) – Phases 1-9. Due to the upcoming legal entitlement to all-day care for primary school students, the increasing demand for all-day care in secondary schools, and an anticipated rise in student numbers, the municipality of Waging am See intends to expand the school campus to include an open all-day school with a school kitchen and dining hall, as well as additional classrooms and administrative offices. The Waging am See school campus complex currently houses the Waging am See primary and secondary school, with: • 12 classes, 224 students, and 25 teachers in the secondary school; and • 8 classes, 160 students, and 17 teachers in the primary school. It consists of two separate buildings. Specifically, the following functional areas are housed in the respective buildings: • Building A – 8 classrooms for 160 students each on the ground and first floors, secretary's office on the ground floor • Building B – 12 classrooms for 224 students each on the ground floor, first floor, and second floor, secretary's office on the ground floor • Building C – existing assembly hall (to be demolished and rebuilt) Building A is the existing primary school with classrooms (four on the ground floor, four on the first floor), headmaster's office, secretary's office, and two workshops. It also includes a storage room, a media room, a staff room, and a copy room. An additional small room is available for parent-teacher conferences.
