The general planning services to be awarded comprise the following sub-services. -- Note 1: All services must be offered. -- Note 2: The client reserves the right to award the contract in stages. -- Note 3: The processing and preparation of the necessary KEV forms (e.g., for tendering and awarding construction services, for cost tracking and change order review, etc.) are included in the basic services according to the HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers) and will not be remunerated separately. Building design services according to Sections 33 et seq. of the HOAI - Basic services: the services to be awarded comprise service phases 1 to 9 according to Section 34 of the HOAI (scope of services: 99.00%). - Special and additional service 1: Existing building documentation (recording, describing, and documenting the existing situation, in particular the installation situation of the windows). - Special and additional service 2: Inventory survey (recording the building geometry, updating existing plans). - Special and additional service 3: Preliminary and in-depth cost estimation in phase 2 (quality of cost calculation). - No further special and additional services are currently known. II. Specialist planning services for technical building equipment in accordance with Sections 53 et seq. of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) - Specialist planning services for technical building equipment, plant groups 2 to 6 and 8 in accordance with Section 53 Paragraph 2 HOAI. The services to be awarded comprise phases 1 to 3 and 5 to 9 in accordance with Section 55 Paragraph 1 HOAI (scope of services in each case: 97.00%). - Special and additional service 1: Inventory (recording of building geometry, updating of existing plans).
