Renovation of the drinking water and wastewater pipes of the Federal Network Agency in Mainz, during ongoing operations, administrative building with cafeteria area. The building footprint is approximately 6,090 m², the net floor area approximately 18,500 m². The building complex consists of several sections. These include 5 sanitary cores with 13 sanitary facilities on floors 5 (basement) to 2 (first floor) with approximately 675 m² of gross floor area, as well as a cafeteria area. All construction measures required in this context must be taken into account. Preliminary construction costs: Cost group 300: approx. EUR 1,566,000 gross and cost group 400: EUR 1,208,000 gross. Anticipated schedule: 2026 Preliminary planning, concept, EBU (Energy and Construction Planning); 2027 Design and execution planning, tendering and awarding of contracts; 2027 Start of construction; End of construction: 2028 Overall completion. Representatives of the planning team must be present on-site throughout the entire construction phase, both in a timely manner and for a sufficient duration to ensure a smooth construction process.
