Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – 25D410003 - Staatsbetrieb Sachsenforst in Graupa, Objektplanung - Gebäudeplanung

The Free State of Saxony, represented by the Saxon State Ministry of Finance, which in turn is represented by the Saxon State Real Estate and Construction Management Agency, Dresden Branch I, intends to construct a new, modern timber-framed administrative building for the Saxon State Forestry Enterprise in Graupa. Since its founding, the Saxon State Forestry Enterprise has required adapting its previously decentralized forestry administration to the current organizational structure and consolidating its operations at its current headquarters in Graupa, a district of Pirna, thereby closing its currently distributed branch offices. The Saxon State Forestry Enterprise's property is located on the outskirts of Graupa, at Bonnewitzer Straße 34, 01796 Pirna. The project is intended to receive funding under the European Regional Development Fund (EE-ERDF) program (2021-2027), which includes the requirements of the German Federal Forestry Fund (BNB) and the Saxon State Forestry Fund (NEBsax). The subject of this planned procurement procedure is the provision of services for building design in accordance with Sections 33 et seq. of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) for the new construction of the property, including infrastructure and outdoor facilities, for the state-owned forestry enterprise Sachsenforst Graupa.
