Germany – Architectural services for outdoor areas – Sanierung Schlossstadion in Grevenbroich | Objektplanung (Leistungsbild Freianlagen) nach § 39 HOAI

The city of Grevenbroich is planning the renovation of the Schlossstadion (Castle Stadium) in Grevenbroich. The stadium currently features a hybrid turf pitch and a 400-meter cinder track. The semicircular segments house athletic facilities for high jump, long jump, and shot put. The planned renovation will replace the hybrid turf with an artificial turf pitch and the 400-meter cinder track with a 400-meter synthetic track. A 100-meter sprint track is also integrated into the synthetic track. The athletic facilities within the segments must be taken into account. Prior to this tender, the city of Grevenbroich commissioned a soil survey. The survey concluded that the existing soil structure necessitates subsoil compaction. This soil improvement will be achieved through compaction work using a specialized method. This work precedes the planning contract outlined here and is not part of this tender. The starting point for planning is the compacted subgrade, which complies with DIN 18035-6 and DIN 18035-7. The project will be overseen by a soil expert. This tender covers the services for site planning (landscape architecture services) according to Section 39 of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) for service phases 1-9.
