The Regens Wagner Foundation Lauterhofen, a church-affiliated foundation under public law, is the legal entity behind Regens Wagner Lauterhofen. Regens Wagner Lauterhofen offers a diverse range of residential and employment options, as well as community-based services, for people with mental, intellectual, physical, and multiple disabilities in Lauterhofen and Neumarkt. A total of approximately 600 people with disabilities receive inpatient, day-care, or outpatient support and services. The new residential and support facility is planned for Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz (Wolfsteinstraße, corner of Badstraße / part of parcel no. 3055/1, Neumarkt municipality). The plans include a residential home for 24 people with disabilities and a day-care center for 24 people with disabilities. The total residential and commercial space of the building is approximately 1,258 m². Including ancillary areas, the total area amounts to approximately 1,390 m². The dormitory is planned to have a gross floor area of approximately 755 m² and a gross floor area of approximately 1,510 m².
