Germany – Architectural services for outdoor areas – Neubau Ganztagesbetreuung, Gemeinde Horgau; Objektplanungsleistungen der Freianlagen gem. § 38 ff. HOAI 2021, LPH 1-9, stufenweise Beauftragung

The subject of this contract is the design of outdoor facilities, in accordance with Sections 38 et seq. of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI 2021), phases 1 to 9, with phased commissioning. Various special services may also be commissioned. --- Due to the increasing demand for childcare places for primary school children and a legal entitlement to full-day care from 2026/2027, the municipality of Horgau is planning the construction of a new full-day childcare facility for approximately 120 children on the property at Martinsplatz 6 in 86497 Horgau (parcel no. 56/1 + 54). Approximately 850 m² of net usable floor space (NUF) or 1,360 m² of gross floor area (GFA) are planned for this purpose. Currently, there is an existing building (built in 1969) on property 56/1, which must be demolished. The demolition of this building is not included in the scope of services. --- Timeline: The contract award and the immediately following project start are scheduled for late March/early April 2025. Completion must be by the end of August 2027 and commissioning by September 2027. Project closure (complete rectification of defects and invoicing) must be completed by December 2027. --- Note: Project meetings will be held in German.
