Conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of building cleaning services (room cleaning, deep cleaning, other cleaning) at the following German Armed Forces properties: * German Armed Forces Service Center and Doberlug-Kirchhain Firing Range, Torgauer Straße, 03253 Doberlug-Kirchhain * Start: July 1, 2025 End: June 30, 2029 * Service period: Monday to Friday * Services will be provided in the buildings listed in the room schedule. * Estimated cleaning area: approx. 16,500 m²/month, approx. 200,000 m²/annually * The client will be responsible for stocking the dispenser systems. Conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of building cleaning services (room cleaning, deep cleaning, other cleaning) at the Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces) property: * HIL GmbH, Dob.-Kirchhain Plant, Schönborner Straße 13, 03253 Doberlug-Kirchhain * Start: July 1, 2025 End: June 30, 2029 * Service period: Monday to Friday * Services will be provided in the buildings listed in the room schedule. * Estimated cleaning area: approx. 75,000.00 m²/month, approx. 888,000.00 m²/annually * The contractor will be responsible for stocking the dispenser systems; the client will provide consumables. * Conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of window cleaning services at Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces) properties: * Bundeswehr Service Center/Firing Range, Torgauer Straße, 03253 Doberlug-Kirchhain and HIL GmbH, Doberlug-Kirchhain Plant, Schönborner Straße 13, 03253 Doberlug-Kirchhain * Start date: July 1, 2025 End date: June 30, 2029 * Services will be provided once a year in the buildings according to the window schedule and the specifications for glass cleaning. * Window cleaning includes all glass and frame surfaces, including rebates and fittings. * Guideline: annual cleaning area: approx. 2,500 m² *
