New construction of a 9-story medical clinic building with 3 usable floors for patient rooms and 4 usable floors for childbirth, dialysis, MRI, radiology, endoscopy, cardiac catheterization surgery and special care units (ICU, IMC). The tendered service includes the cost subgroups of KG480, excluding KG483 - Automation management, management level, in conventional design for building services systems and room temperature control/ventilation with 5,200 physical data points and 9,000 shared data points, consisting of: - 24 control cabinets with BACnet-SC automation stations with Siemens PX product binding (exclusivity declaration available) - 2 control cabinets with automation stations for smoke extraction control. Special features: - Fire damper bus system using ASi for fire damper and cold smoke extraction control - Smoke extraction damper bus system using ASi-Safe in SIL1 - Smoke extraction control as an automated fire protection and smoke extraction system (ABE) in SIL1 - Cross-communication of the fire dampers and smoke extraction control systems with the fire protection operating display via Profinet - All mentioned automation systems/functions are to be made available bidirectionally to the existing automation management, management level (Siemens Desigo CC).
