The KGL (presumably a local authority or organization) is planning to expand the after-school care program (OGS) at the Asemissen primary school with a multifunctional extension for all-day education and care. In addition, an extension and renovation work on the existing building are planned. The three-stream Asemissen primary school, run by the municipality of Leopoldshöhe, has approximately 310 students and a staff of around 30. Since the 2018/19 school year, the number of students has increased by almost 30%, which has also led to a rise in demand for after-school care places. Currently, there are five after-school care groups with 120 places, as well as two groups offering before- and after-school care. Demand exceeds supply, particularly in terms of space for lunch. The existing 55 m² dining room is insufficient, so group rooms must also be used. The primary school is located in Asemissen, the southernmost district of the municipality of Leopoldshöhe, at Berliner Straße 10, 33818 Leopoldshöhe. As a preparatory step, including verifying the necessary funds and applying for a grant, the KGL (presumably a local authority or organization) commissioned services for service phases 1 and 2 of building and interior design. The results of these services are summarized and attached in Appendix H for the information of all bidders. Subject to a phased award, the contract covers the basic services of service phases 1 to 3 and 5 to 9 (see Section 55 Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI)) of plant groups 4, 5, 6, and 8 according to Section 53 Paragraph 2 Numbers 4, 5, 6, and 8 HOAI, once for the new construction of a multifunctional extension and once for the extension and renovation of an existing building.
