The subject of this tender is the provision of technical, strategic, and organizational support to the client in operationalizing its existing IT strategy. The services include the further development, refinement, and organizational anchoring of mechanisms for the effective and prioritized implementation of the client's strategic objectives. The contractor's work is based on the client's current IT strategy and the action areas defined therein (including architecture, infrastructure, applications, security & compliance, data, organization & governance, sourcing, and digitalization). The contractor will provide a combined conceptualization, analysis, facilitation, enablement, and documentation service with the aim of working with the client to: • define strategic objectives and guidelines, • develop methodological, organizational, and governance models, • derive prioritized measures and roadmaps, • develop decision-making and evaluation logics, • and empower the organization to independently continue key elements of the operationalization. The objective of this engagement is to transform the existing IT strategy into a feasible, prioritizable, organizationally embedded, and continuously scalable transformation logic. The engagement aims to create a robust foundation that enables the client to implement its strategic goals systematically, efficiently, and sustainably. The contractor will support the client in particular by: developing consistent target visions, guidelines, and frameworks; creating governance, organizational, and process models; structuring and prioritizing strategic measures; developing implementation-oriented roadmaps; developing KPI, monitoring, and evaluation approaches; and empowering the organization to independently continue implementing the results.
