Germany – Canteen management services – Bewirtschaftungs- und Cateringleistungen zur Sicherstellung der Mitarbeitendenversorgung der FBB GmbH

Based on the company agreement "Employee Catering 02/2024," the operation of four catering locations (two cafeterias and two restaurants) and a mobile fleet on the BER campus must be ensured: - Provision of hot meals with a free choice of components, including two main meals during the regular shift (Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) - Provision of one hot main course and soup on weekends (from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) - Mobile catering, daily from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Provision of various snacks and light meals. Furthermore, catering services for internal and external seminars, training courses, conferences, and employee celebrations are part of the services to be provided. The estimated quantities of the framework agreement can be found in the attached service description. The estimated quantities plus 10% represent the maximum quantities that can be called upon under the framework agreement.
