With more than 36,700 apartments, Leipziger Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft mbH (LWB) is the largest municipal housing company in Saxony. LWB's portfolio is located throughout the city of Leipzig. Vacant apartments are to be cleaned to such an extent that they can be offered to prospective tenants. The framework agreement is concluded for a fixed term of two years with several contractors (August 1, 2024 – July 31, 2026). The contracting parties have the option to extend the term of the framework agreement twice by mutual consent, each time for an additional year. The maximum total term of the agreement thus ends no later than July 31, 2028.
