Routine Cleaning of Job Center Offices, Mayen-Koblenz District Administration: The contractor is responsible for the interior cleaning of the client's four locations in Mayen, Weißenthurm, Andernach (two buildings), and Bendorf. Cleaning must take place Monday through Friday after the client's business hours (from 4:00 PM onwards). Please refer to the attached documents for the square meterage and cleaning frequency. It should be noted that the lease for the building in Weißenthurm expires on May 31, 2027. An extension has not yet been finalized. Please submit a quote covering the entire period and all offices. | Two-sided cleaning of glass surfaces using suitable glass cleaning agents. Furthermore, the entire frame surface and window sills must be cleaned with a suitable cleaning agent. Cleaning must be performed twice a year. The first cleaning is to take place in April/May, and the second in September/October. The exact dates will be determined in consultation with the client.
