As part of the Berlin state's new construction strategy, GESOBAU AG plans to build approximately 190 rental apartments on a portion of the property at Wilhelmsruher Damm 82, currently used as an allotment garden. The project will be implemented under the GdW framework agreement for serial and modular construction 2.0. On a portion of the 9,190 m² site, the existing buildings on 18 garden plots, the allotment's parking area, and the main access road will be demolished, and the site cleared for new construction. On this newly defined site (9,190 m²), a new building project with at least 190 apartments and a minimum living area of 11,423 m² will be developed, based on the GdW framework agreement for serial and modular construction 2.0, through a negotiated procedure with a preliminary competition and a multi-stage competition. Project management services include consulting and preparation of the tender documents for a negotiated procedure with a preliminary call for competition and a multi-stage competitive bidding process within the framework of the GdW framework agreement for serial and modular construction 2.0. This also includes support and evaluation of the tendering process up to the award of the contract via a call-off agreement. Project controlling is provided during the planning and implementation phases, as well as preparation for acceptance, including documentation for existing building integration (handover to the building management department), project documentation, and the warranty phase.
