Germany – Construction-site supervision services – GMH - Bauüberwachungsleistung

Regionalverkehr Köln GmbH intends to construct an innovative depot for fuel cell and battery-electric buses in the Bergisch Gladbach-Bensberg district. The depot will include, among other things, a two-story hydrogen production and filling plant using electrolysis, as well as an on-site hydrogen refueling station. The approximately 13,500 m² site has a significant north-south and east-west slope and will be prepared for building construction through extensive earthworks and retaining structures to reshape the terrain. To ensure the high-quality, timely, and cost-effective implementation of the construction measures, construction supervision services for cost groups 300 and 400 according to DIN 276 will be awarded. These services include monitoring the construction of all structural and technical installations, particularly with regard to the complex functional and technical interdependencies of the individual components. The services to be provided will be based on the scope of services for basic services in service phase 8 according to Annex 10 to Section 34 Paragraph 4 HOAI 2021 and Annex 15 to Section 55 Paragraph 3. Continuous staffing of the construction site during normal working hours is expected.
