Construction project: Berlin - New Museum of the 20th Century. Scope of work: 4.440.01 PV system. Photovoltaic system including planning phase 5, substructure, lightning protection system, maintenance walkways. The PV system must meet the design requirements and achieve the minimum installed capacity (minimum value 525 kWp). Systems with a higher capacity will be favored in the evaluation according to the evaluation formula. PV area, stepped, approx. 3775 sq m, of which 125 sq m is undercut/overlap. Module tilt 2%: dummy module area approx. 113 sq m (dummy module = PV module without energy generation). Maintenance walkways/access paths approx. 1395 sq m. Substructure: metal construction for PV modules, dummy modules, maintenance walkways including structural analysis. Inverters, generator connection boxes, fire-resistant cable ducts, fire-resistant bandage sets, cable ducts/pipes, solar cables. Lightning protection: lightning current-carrying connections between PV mounting and substructure/Kalzip roof. Lightning rod, max. length 1.5 m with 12.3° bend (perpendicular to the inclined roof surface) including roof conductor holders. Approx. 5 lightning rod tips with M16 thread, 40 mm thread depth, 0.5 m height, 9 pieces/0.4 m height. 54 angle brackets 50 mm x 50 mm with holes for clamping blocks. Galvanized and coated RAL 9004 semi-gloss, approx. 22 pieces of lightning protection system: Round wire steel wire DM10mm stainless steel (total length approx. 2000m), flat steel 30x3.5 V4A approx. 200m, small parts, BLZ warning signs, approx. 8 pieces. Other measures: System certification VDE AR N4110, registration with the grid operator, thermography, commissioning management and documentation.
