Content of the preliminary cost calculation: This must be prepared at least in accordance with the content of form 223 - Breakdown of unit prices for ALL items, i.e.: Bill of quantities item; short description; quantity; unit of measure; time allocation; partial costs incl. surcharges in euros per unit of measure (wages, materials, equipment, other); offered unit price (total wages, materials, equipment, other). - Form 223 - Breakdown of Unit Prices +++ Maintenance will be considered for a period of 4 years without applying a net present value factor in the bid evaluation. Failure to submit a maintenance price will result in the exclusion of the bid. +++
