Germany – Construction work for kindergarten buildings – Neubau KiTa Marxheim

The construction site is located on the northern edge of the village, on parcel number 478. Access is via Heinrichshöhe Street to the north of the property. The planned kindergarten will be built freestanding on the site, situated on the slope. The entire building complex will be divided into two sections, connected by a narrow, single-story structure. Each section will have a full ground floor and an attic. The roofs of both sections will be conventional pitched roofs with concrete tile coverings. The roof pitch will be approximately 25°. The connecting structure will have a thermally insulated flat roof with a gravel covering over the ground floor. No basement is planned. The building will be constructed using solid construction methods. This means the load-bearing structure will consist of lightweight masonry walls, reinforced concrete columns, and reinforced concrete slabs. Inside the building, the walls will be constructed of masonry and, in some cases, reinforced concrete columns. In the stairwell of Building B, the shaft for an elevator will be installed and connected to the elevator landing within the building. The exterior and interior walls will be plastered on both sides and, if necessary, tiled.
