As part of the comprehensive renovation of the Albert-Schweitzer-Realschule school building, demolition, deconstruction, and hazardous material remediation work is required for construction phases 1-4. This tender covers demolition, deconstruction, and hazardous material remediation work in four construction phases. Areas and volumes by construction phase: Phase 1: Gutting and complete demolition of the building section from the ground floor to the top floor, approx. 8,050 m³; Phase 2: Complete demolition of the roof truss with rafter roof (volume), approx. 1,800 m²; Phase 2: Demolition and deconstruction work from the ground floor to the second floor, including fixtures, structural work, and technical installations (floor area to be addressed), approx. 3,170 m²; Phase 2: Complete demolition of the roof truss with rafter roof (volume), approx. 2,780 m³. Phase 3: Demolition and dismantling work, ground floor - 2nd floor, fixtures, shell construction, technical installations (floor area to be worked on) approx. 2,040 m²; Phase 4: Demolition and dismantling work, ground floor - 2nd floor, fixtures, shell construction, technical installations (floor area to be worked on) approx. 514 m²; No separate awarding of contracts!
