Germany – Construction work for school buildings – Generalsanierung Albert-Schweitzer-Realschule und Pestalozzi-Förderschule in 76646 Bruchsal

The project encompasses the complete renovation and expansion of a school building in four construction phases over several years, including a complete renewal of the electrical and telecommunications installations, including lighting and emergency lighting, across approximately 9,500 m². Wiring for the fire alarm and security system, as well as the photovoltaic system, is included. Cables will be installed concealed in the plaster on interior walls, surface-mounted on the facade, and in cable trays and cable holders in the ceiling area. Electrical installation according to DIN 18382 in four construction phases, with: • 9 electrical distribution panels; • 6 data distribution panels; • 94 km of cables, wires, and support systems; • approx. 3,600 installation devices; • approx. 2,000 light fixtures; • KNX system with approx. 290 components; • emergency lighting with approx. 250 light fixtures; • concrete inlay work; No separate tendering!
