Germany – Data-processing machines (hardware) – Neubeschaffung von Netzwerktechnik im Rahmen der Neuausstattung am Vöhlin-Gymnasium in Memmingen

The overall scope of services to be tendered includes, in particular, the delivery, dismantling/assembly, and configuration of the hardware, as well as the installation of the software necessary for the operational use of the new administrative/school network at the Vöhlin State Gymnasium, Kaisergraben 21, 87700 Memmingen, using the IServ educational network solution. The number of components to be dismantled corresponds to the number of components to be delivered. Sufficient training of the system administrator at the school premises and complete documentation of the entire school/administrative network are essential throughout the project. The contractor will deliver the components to be procured free of charge to the location specified by the client (free to point of use) and is obligated to dispose of any packaging materials at their own expense. At the client's request, suitable catalog materials must be provided, and free sample devices must be set up at the school in Memmingen before the contract is awarded. These sample devices must be set up and demonstrated for live operation on-site in Memmingen within 7 working days of being requested. The contracted company undertakes to provide support for all IT malfunctions for the lot it supplies. Delivery, setup, and installation of the components will be carried out free of charge to the following delivery address: Staatliches Vöhlin-Gymnasium, Kaisergraben 21, 87700 Memmingen. Ready for use by December 23, 2025. The contract begins upon award of the contract (expected in week 46).
