Deconstruction of two buildings with a total enclosed volume of approx. 4,000 m³, removal of surface sealants approx. 950 m², remediation of hazardous materials including removal of mineral wool from walls and ceilings approx. 2,000 m², asbestos-containing floor coverings approx. 250 m², asbestos-containing window putty approx. 550 linear meters - proof of RAL certification, RAL-GZ 509, demolition work (min. HA1, AK) or equivalent - min. 3 references for building demolition projects from the last three years, including the value, contract volume (minimum €80,000 net each), delivery or performance date, and public or private client; approval for demolition and remediation work involving asbestos in accordance with the German Hazardous Substances Ordinance (GefStoffV), Annex I, No. 2.4.2, Paragraph 4; designation of the designated site management, including deputies, with details of their qualifications and proof of expertise in accordance with TRGS 519, Annex 3, and DGUV 101-004; designation of the technical personnel designated for management and supervision, with details of their qualifications and proof of expertise in accordance with TRGS 519, Annex 3, and DGUV 101-004; designation of the designated machine operators (at least one certified excavator operator in accordance with ZUMBau or equivalent).
