The Eckersbach sports complex, specifically the Sojus sports hall, is to undergo a complete renovation. Lot 33 – asbestos remediation – is being put out to tender below. It essentially comprises the following services: Setting up the construction site 1.00 pc; Creating a dismantling and disposal plan 1.00 pc; Protecting floor areas 500.00 m²; Clearing areas 500.00 m²; Penetrating and binding residual fibers 500.00 m²; Removing and clearing the entire floor area approx. 300 m²; Gradual dismantling of remaining sandwich panels 200.00 m²; Removing asbestos-containing wastewater pipes - exposed and visible pipes 100.00 m; Removing asbestos-containing wastewater pipes - concealed pipes 100.00 m; Setting up the remediation area - floor area 300 m² 2.00 pc; Dismantling the weakly bonded ceiling panels 240.00 m²; Rough cleaning of the remediation area - floor area approx. 300 m² 500.00 m²; Fine cleaning of the Remediation area: approx. 300 m² 500.00 m² Spraying (airless) of the entire remediation area 500.00 m² Success control measurement after remediation 3.00 units Demolition of contaminated separating layers in the floor area 2,000.00 m² Demolition, transport and disposal of screed layer approx. 4 cm thick 1.00 m² Demolition, transport and disposal of insulation layer 500.00 m² Grinding/chiseling work on the subfloor (removal of residual adhering materials) 2,000.00 m²
