A.N.K.E.R. provides a central point of contact that specifically addresses gaps in the existing support system, offers a comprehensive overview, and provides tailored placement services for young people. The coaching program actively and free of charge supports young people at the transition from school to work and operates across different legal jurisdictions. This ensures that young people receive individualized support, advice, and guidance on their path to professional life, regardless of jurisdiction. A.N.K.E.R. is aimed at young people aged 16 to 27 in the Hochtaunus district who need support during the transition from school to work. The cross-sectoral approach allows for broad outreach, with a particular focus on socially disadvantaged young people and young adults. Young people with a refugee background are also specifically targeted. The counseling is flexible and culturally sensitive to address the specific needs of this group.
