Complete installation and commissioning of the entire high- and low-voltage electrical installation for the new building, consisting of: UPS systems, low-voltage switchgear, approx. 90 m busbars, approx. 80 m² raised floor work for the floor distribution rooms, approx. 40 sub-distribution boards, approx. 4,500 m cable trays and risers, approx. 5,000 m main lines, approx. 75,000 m installation lines, 5 smoke and heat exhaust ventilation (SHEV) control systems (TH 1-4 and atrium), approx. 900 recessed/surface-mounted/wall-mounted lights, approx. 980 m as well as lighting rails and spotlights, emergency lighting system with approx. 350 escape/safety lights, external and internal lightning protection as well as grounding and equipotential bonding, 3 external intercom stations with corresponding intercom units, 1 call system for the staff toilets, approx. 400 m user-specific antenna cabling, fire alarm system with approx. 500 multi-criteria detectors as well as aspirating smoke detection systems with approx. 1,250 m of intake pipes, approx. 50 manual fire alarms, approx. 35 data cabinets, approx. 2,000 m of fiber optic cable and approx. 95,000 m of data cable, cold/hot aisle containment for the data center, approx. 9,500 m of low-voltage cabling, approx. 750 m of cable protection conduit in outdoor areas, approx. 1,100 m of high-voltage cable in outdoor areas, approx. 1,800 m of fiber optic cable in outdoor areas. Execution period: expected January 2026 – June 2027. The need for a product-specific tender arises from the existing plant technology at the Oberpfaffenhofen site and the necessary integration. Integration of another manufacturer is not possible due to the specific plant specifications.
