Electrical work: The public outdoor swimming pool in the town of Landsberg am Lech was completely renovated approximately 45 years ago and has remained essentially unchanged in operation ever since. The "Inselbad" (Island Pool) consists of a main building with a basement, ground floor, and upper floor, as well as a pool complex with a 50-meter lap pool, a wave pool, a diving pool, and a children's paddling pool. Two fiberglass water slides are located between the wave pool and the diving pool. The basement houses the pool water technology and a district heating plant belonging to the Landsberg municipal utilities. The changing rooms, changing facilities, and showers are located on the ground floor, while the pool's restaurant is on the upper floor. The basement is accessed via a (narrow) spiral staircase from the ground floor and via an access hatch at the southeast corner of the building. The pools were constructed of reinforced concrete and lined with ceramic tiles. They feature longitudinal and transverse flow and an overflow channel. All materials used in the project must be suitable and approved for use in a public swimming pool. As part of the comprehensive renovation of the Landsberg am Lech Island Bath, the following construction measures are planned in the four construction phases: Phase 1 (completed): Extension of the basement for the pool water technology and the heating plant. Phase 2a: - Demolition of the existing pool water technology (contractor's responsibility) - Construction of a new pool water treatment plant up to the interface with the external piping - Renewal of the external piping to the pools - Renewal of the 50 m pool - Renewal of the wave pool - Construction of a new non-swimmer pool.
