In order to find a solution for these cramped spaces within the castle, the municipality of Lisberg is planning, as part of the urban redevelopment of the Trabelsdorf district, the renovation and conversion of the former brewery into a medical center with public use on the ground floor and apartments on the upper floors, in the immediate vicinity of the castle. The following uses are planned for the former brewery: • Doctor's office / medical care center (MVZ) • Café for residents / ice cream parlor • Flexible number of additional residential units, at least one unit with approx. 150 m², divisible //Quantities: - approx. 6 main system components with BACnet/SC communication - approx. 12 interfaces (Modbus/M-Bus/KNX) - approx. 330 physical data points - approx. 590 communicative data points - approx. 65 KNX actuators & sensors - approx. 100 field devices - Services for project planning, programming, commissioning - Cabling including cable management systems - Development of a BACnet/SC building management system - Development of an energy monitoring system according to GEG §71a
