Construction of an institute building with office and seminar spaces, a rehearsal stage, and an exhibition space on the Westend Campus of Goethe University Frankfurt. The building is a six-story structure with a basement, constructed using solid construction methods. The gross floor area, including the basement, is 4,690.92 m². The following work is to be carried out: 1 connection to the on-site district heating transfer station (approx. 170 kW), 1 heating circuit manifold with 14 outlets, 6 heating circuits (manifold assemblies with control valve and pump), 290 m² underfloor heating, 170 aluminum ceiling radiant panels, lengths from 2.5 m to 9.0 m, 15 sectional radiators, 18 flat valve radiators, 2800 m pressed stainless steel pipe DN15-DN50 including fittings, connectors, and insulation, 120 m steel pipe DN15-DN65 including fittings, connectors, and insulation, 3 connections for heating coils to the air handling unit with control valve and pump, 1 connection for a post-heating/cooling coil within ventilation ducts
