Germany – Electrical materials – Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung von Elektrobedarf

The client intends to conclude a framework agreement for the procurement of electrical supplies (deliveries) over a period of 24 months, with the option to extend for a further year at the same prices and conditions. The agreement will be based on the most frequently used items required in previous contract years, which are compatible with the technical systems and the specific structural conditions of the hospital. The contract will be awarded to the two most economically advantageous bidders: first place 60% of the contract value, second place 40% of the contract value. Orders will be placed according to weighting and/or the availability of the items.
