Building F on the EKO campus houses a children's hospital. This construction project involves the structural expansion and renovation of Building F. This project includes the phased completion of sections, with the commissioning of individual wards or departments. This tender covers the renovation of a portion of the electrical system in wings A and B of Building F. These sections will be implemented in five phases, with work carried out concurrently, by the beginning of June 2026. The scope of work includes ALL electrical systems required for this partial renovation, with the exception of the fire alarm/nurse call systems. This involves adapting wards while they remain operational, providing electrical support for riser upgrades, and installing complete electrical systems for the renovations. The electrical system includes all standard hospital electrical installations. All necessary telecommunications systems, including the cabling for nurse call and fire alarm systems, are also included. In many cases, the existing technical requirements must be taken into account and supplemented or renewed using existing components from existing manufacturers. These new and renovated installations will be commissioned phase by phase, with the work progressing smoothly and sequentially. Lighting fixtures will be upgraded to current LED standards. Standard hospital telecommunications technology, including VoIP, IT, and minor system components, is fully integrated.
