Dewatering is achieved via wells located outside the excavation pit and relief wells within the excavation pit. The wells outside the excavation pit must remain continuously accessible. The tendered work includes the following areas: - Electrical engineering work in the new building, section F - Construction of a new electrical power supply center for the entire property - Data connection to existing buildings. Electrical engineering work in the new building, section F: This includes the installation of the electrical systems of cost groups 440 & 450, as well as the construction of two elevator systems of cost group 460, in detail: Cost group 440: A new transformer and medium-voltage system, low-voltage main and sub-distribution boards, a photovoltaic system, a central battery system for the emergency exit and safety lighting, extensive supply of office workstations via underfloor system, LED lighting systems controlled according to demand and energy-efficiently via building automation and DALI technology, external lightning protection system according to lightning protection class III. Cost group 450: Call systems in the accessible restrooms, passive data network, integrated into the underfloor system at the workstations. Energy Supply Center: In the new building section F, a new medium-voltage main distribution panel will be installed, supplying the new building and the existing building section A via two 1,000 kVA transformers. The existing medium-voltage network access point in building section D will be decommissioned, and the two existing 630 kVA transformers will be supplied from the new medium-voltage main distribution panel.
