A 565 Bonn North Interchange (o) to Bonn Beuel Interchange (incl. Rhine Bridge) - Phases 3-4: Traffic Infrastructure, Environment, Geotechnical Engineering. Location of Services: The A 565 motorway forms part of an outer motorway ring road within the city of Bonn. The project tendered here for planning purposes encompasses the section from the Bonn North Interchange (excluding the interchange) to the Bonn Beuel Interchange east of the Rhine, including the Bonn-Auerberg and Bonn-Beuel Interchanges. Several structures are located within the section under consideration, which must be taken into account during the planning process with regard to demolition and new construction. Type and Scope of Services: Phases 3 and 4 of the traffic infrastructure services to be commissioned here comprise the design and approval planning based on the results of Phases 1 and 2 (basic investigation and preliminary planning) or the selected preferred option, and taking into account all existing constraints and special boundary conditions due to the inner-city location as well as the current (poor) condition of the major bridge structures. Within the scope of the transport infrastructure planning, the contractor is commissioned with the following services: - Design of transport infrastructure in accordance with Part B of the basic services and C of special services (HOAI 2013, phases 3-4): • Planning of the transport infrastructure • Planning of drainage • Noise impact assessment and construction noise estimation • Air pollution assessment • Cost update • Construction sequence/phase planning • Planning of the secondary road network • Participation in public participation • Planning approval procedure • BIM methodology - Environmental impact assessments (phases 3 + 4) - Climate impact assessment - Water Framework Directive impact assessment - Geotechnical engineering
