Nature and scope of the project: The fire protection concept aims to address existing fire protection deficiencies primarily through the comprehensive installation of a sprinkler system. This project includes a fire alarm system with emergency lighting and a building radio link for the fire department. In this context, it is advisable to upgrade and/or replace dilapidated building components. This includes, among other things, the removal and reconstruction of all suspended ceilings, including the replacement of light fixtures and technical installations (electrical installations, ventilation system, etc.). The interior walls will be refurbished, and some floors will be fitted with new coverings. Some adjustments to the floor plans will also be made.
