The services to be awarded here are client support for the Technical Equipment Department (TA 3) of the contracting authority. Department TA3 manages the planning and implementation of the technical equipment measures for tunnels and sections of road with traffic, operational, or telecommunications systems within project area 3. This includes, among other things, telematics systems, traffic control substations, and the operational technology of drainage systems or road tunnels, e.g., according to RE-ING. The projects to be implemented are divided into traffic units (VKE). Several VKEs may converge at transition points, intersections, or junctions. Contract A700340003 aims to consolidate several tasks, both within specific VKEs and across multiple VKEs, to ensure the overall functionality of the various individual systems across all interfaces. Depending on the project scope, the following services are to be provided, for example: - Overall commissioning coordination of the traffic and operational equipment for a twin-tube road tunnel (minimum length 800m) with video detection for unidirectional and contradirectional traffic. - Moderation and coordination in the creation of an integration guideline as a preparatory basis for connecting an existing road tunnel to a higher-level control center. - Quality assurance during the integration measures from a road tunnel to a control center and conducting in-depth training for operating personnel. - Support in the development of a test system and ensuring the necessary scope of test facilities to functionally replicate the production system (tunnel control center) as accurately as possible.
