Germany – Engineering services – Neubau des Heizwerks 2 - Technikzentrum Geretsrieder Straße - Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung, Leistungsphasen 5-6 gemäß §§ 49 ff. HOAI

The Waldkraiburg municipal utility company intends to construct a new heating plant 2 – the technical center on Geretsrieder Straße. To meet increasing heat demand, the heating plant will have a connected load of 30 MW. The new building will be erected on the property adjacent to Teplitzer Straße and Geretsrieder Straße. The building is to be divided into two sections and will include the following areas and rooms: - Section 1 (Boiler Hall): The first section will house boiler systems, pressure maintenance equipment, network pumps, heat exchangers, ventilation systems, heating distribution, as well as rooms and components for utility connections (gas connection, drinking water connection room, oil connection room, and district heating transfer shaft). - Section 2 (Operations and Technical Rooms): The second section will contain, on the ground floor, two medium-voltage rooms, three transformer rooms, two low-voltage rooms, an emergency power system, a control room, an office, a restroom, a stairwell, a corridor, and a telecommunications connection room. The upper floor will contain five offices, a meeting room, a server room, a fire alarm control room and safety officer room, a restroom and changing room with shower facilities, a kitchen with seating, a corridor, and a stairwell. The cost estimate (cost groups 200-600) for the new building amounts to approximately €19.3 million gross (as of May 2023). The milestones for implementation The project is scheduled for completion on June 30, 2026. This tender intends to commission the following services (in stages): structural engineering services, service phases 5-6 in accordance with Sections 49 et seq. of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI). Initially, service phase 5 will be commissioned in the first stage. Subsequently, service phase 6 is intended to be commissioned in a further stage. There is no legal entitlement to the commissioning of further services or further service phases.
