The building designer is expected to update the existing plans for the multi-purpose building, review and update the cost estimate, and coordinate and integrate specialist planning, including for sports fields and outdoor facilities. | . Landscape design for new sports fields. The design of the sports fields will be separate from the overall landscape design. The designer should have significant references and experience in designing demanding outdoor sports fields. The new sports facility will include the following outdoor sports fields: • Natural grass full-size pitch • Artificial turf full-size pitch • Artificial turf small-size pitch (already under construction) • Athletics facility (sprint track and long jump pit). The construction of the artificial turf small-size pitch will be prioritized and is not part of this design task. | Structural design for construction phase 2 only. The building's form is defined as an elongated cuboid with a flat roof. The building is a two-story structure with a spectator stand on the northwest facade. HVAC planning only for construction phase 2 according to HOAI § 55, plant groups 1, 2, 3 and 8 | Electrical planning only for construction phase 2 according to HOAI § 55, plant groups 4, 5, 6 | Landscape planning according to HOAI § 39 only for construction phase 3: outdoor facilities, access roads, parking spaces, and technical installations in the outdoor area.
