The services to be provided are to be carried out in accordance with the HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers) service description for engineering structures. This includes both the permitting design (based on service phase 4) and the detailed design (based on service phase 5). Services from service phases 6, 7, and 8 are also to be provided. The specific service steps to be performed are fully detailed in the attached service description to the tender documents, to which reference is made. Final grant notices can only be requested once the winning bidder has completed the necessary planning and support services for the so-called detailed proposals.
