Germany – Engineering services – Planungs- und Ingenieurleistungen zur Errichtung eines Gigabit-Netzes im Alb-Donau-Kreis Nord

The services to be provided are to be carried out in accordance with the HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers) service description for engineering structures. This includes both the permitting design (based on service phase 4) and the detailed design (based on service phase 5). Services from service phases 6, 7, and 8 are also to be provided. The specific service steps to be performed are fully detailed in the attached specifications document, to which full reference is made. The project is/will be funded as follows: - Guideline "Funding to Support the Gigabit Expansion of Telecommunications Networks in the Federal Republic of Germany" of April 26, 2021 (Gigabit Guideline) - Administrative Regulation of the Federal Ministry of the Interior on the Co-financing of the Federal Guideline "Funding to Support the Gigabit Expansion of Telecommunications Networks in the Federal Republic of Germany" (VwV Gigabit Co-financing) of September 10, 2021. Preliminary grant award notices are available to the extent specified in the attached grant award notices. Final grant award notices can only be applied for once the winning bidder has provided the necessary planning and support services for the so-called detailed specifications. The subsequent contractor must comply with all requirements of the grant award notices underlying the respective project, including any supplementary provisions, instructions, conditions, information sheets, and appendices, as well as the relevant funding programs. This expressly applies to the requirements of future grant award notices that are not yet available.
