Description of services: Area planning, landscape management plan (LBP): complete phases 1 to 4; scope of services according to HOAI § 26 in conjunction with HOAI Annex 7. Special service: FFH compatibility assessment (FFH-VP): scope of services according to HOAI § 26 in conjunction with HOAI Annex 9. Special service: Species protection contribution (ASB): complete phases 1 to 4; scope of services according to HOAI § 26 in conjunction with HOAI Annex 9. The scope of services to be provided includes special services. Furthermore, the purchaser reserves the right to commission additional optional services in stages; see section "Extension of the Contract". All services are to be provided in accordance with the respective Technical Contract Conditions in their current version and the service descriptions in the tender documents, and in German. Description of the project: The overall project comprises the two adjacent traffic planning sub-projects. The planned project involves the expansion of the S 288 north of Crimmitschau and the construction of a new interchange with the A 4 motorway. The interchange will be a symmetrical half-cloverleaf design and will also include the construction of both new bridges over the S 288. The expansion of the S 288 begins at the S 288/S 289 junction and runs for approximately 900 meters through the Paradiesgrund valley, along the Paradiesbach stream, to the planned Crimmitschau interchange. The Paradiesbach area is designated as a Flora-Fauna-Habitat area, "Stream Valleys in the Upper Pleiße Region," and will be spanned by a bridge. Further details can be found in the tender documents. The planned construction period is expected to begin in summer 2025.
