The city of Unterschleißheim intends to renovate and expand the Unterschleißheim Volunteer Fire Department at Carl-von-Linde-Straße 34b in 85716 Unterschleißheim. The construction project will be carried out in several phases while the fire station remains operational. The project, with a gross volume of approximately 21,000 m³, will be completed in two phases. Phase I includes the expansion of the assembly hall with a clean/dirty area above the vehicle bay. Phase II involves expanding the workshop, renovating the existing structure, and creating barrier-free access. The project costs (cost groups 300 and 400) are currently estimated at approximately €9.3 million gross for both Phase I and Phase II, based on the preliminary design and permitting plans. The milestones for the project's implementation are as follows: - Start of services for the planning team (phase 3) expected at the end of May 2025 - Start of services for detailed design expected in June 2025 - Start of tendering expected in November 2025, contract award in March 2026 - Construction of Phase I (extension and assembly hall) expected from April 2026 to approximately July 2027 - Construction of Phase II (renovation of existing building and workshop, barrier-free access with elevator, foyer) expected from July 2027 to approximately August 2028. The construction project will be commissioned in phases. Therefore, phases 5 and 6 will be commissioned initially as the first phase. Phases 7-9 will be commissioned in stages. There is no legal entitlement to a complete commission.
