The subject of this contract is the design and implementation of the evaluation of the CAP Strategic Plan (CAP-SP) for the 2023-2027 funding period for the Federal Republic of Germany during the implementation period, based on the EU requirements profile and the client's requirements specifying these EU requirements profile for the following specific objectives (SO) pursuant to Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115: • SO 1: Income support and stabilization as well as resilience of agricultural holdings, also with regard to food security, • SO 2: Promotion of competitiveness and maintenance of market orientation, • SO 3: Strengthening of agricultural holdings in the value chain and • SO 7: Promotion of young farmers and start-ups in rural areas. The subject of this contract is the conception and implementation of the evaluation of the CAP Strategic Plan (CAP-SP) for the 2023-2027 funding period for the Federal Republic of Germany during the implementation period, based on the EU requirements profile and the client's requirements specifying this EU requirements profile for the following specific objectives (SO) pursuant to Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 and the following theme pursuant to Article 109(2)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115: • SO 4: Contribution to climate change mitigation and adaptation, • SO 5: Sustainable development and efficient use of resources, • SO 6: Contribution to nature and landscape conservation, and • Environmental and climate architecture ("green architecture").
