Germany – Exhibition, fair and congress organisation services – Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung von konventionellen und digitalen Veranstaltungen für das Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz

The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) holds numerous one- or multi-day events in its own premises as well as in external venues in Berlin and throughout Germany. These events are organized either for a specific occasion or as part of a series. In-person events can accommodate more than 1,000 people in some cases, but typically have up to 300 attendees. These events address core BMWK topics in the context of expert conferences or present them to a wider public. Occasionally, purely publicity-oriented events are also held (e.g., open house days). The events include both analog and/or digital formats (sometimes with complex technical and design requirements). For these reasons, a framework agreement is to be concluded regarding the conception, organization, and execution of both conventional and digital events.
