Germany – Exhibition, fair and congress organisation services – Wissens- und Ergebnistransfer der Abteilung B des BMWSB sowie der Abteilung WB des BBSR

It is intended to conclude a framework agreement. The focus of the framework agreement is on services for communication and information events, encompassing the planning, organization, execution, and follow-up of dialogue platforms, events, trade fair appearances, and exhibitions in Germany. Participation in trade fairs is an important component of the knowledge and results transfer of the Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMSB) and the Federal Institute for Research on Building, Urban Affairs and Spatial Development (BBSR) in general, and in particular of the "Future of Building" research initiative. The transfer of knowledge in the field of technical, architectural, and organizational innovations at the trade fairs aims to increase knowledge among trade fair participants, the professional community, and other stakeholders in the construction value chain, with the goal of strengthening the competitiveness and innovative capacity of the German construction industry. It is intended to conclude a framework agreement to support Department B of the BMWSB and Department WB of the BBSR in concrete measures for the transfer of results and knowledge. The focus of the framework agreement is on services for communication and information events, encompassing the planning, organization, execution, and follow-up of dialogue platforms, events, trade fair appearances, and exhibitions in Germany. This includes larger conferences, national and international trade fair appearances as well as smaller, dialogue-oriented formats.
