Germany – Fire station construction work – Neubau Feuerwehrgerätehaus in der Stadt Kusel; hier: Rohbau

The municipality of Kusel-Altenglan is acting as the client for the planned fire station on Lehnstraße in Kusel. As part of the new construction project, the town of Kusel has acquired the directly adjacent property to the west, which currently houses a warehouse. The usage rights will only transfer to the municipality upon completion of the building's construction. Only then can the warehouse be demolished and the site prepared. Demolition will be carried out by the client. The fire station will feature a spacious emergency exit and extend almost the entire length of the property. The surface of the site will be largely paved. The new building will replace the existing fire station "Am Hofacker" in Kusel. The client is the municipality of Kusel-Altenglan, Marktplatz 1, 66869 Kusel, represented by the mayor. This tender is for the structural work and will be awarded accordingly.
