A.R.T. is constructing an operations building with changing rooms and offices at the Mertesdorf Economic Development Center (EVZ). The individual office spaces on the upper floor, ranging from 18 m² to 22 m², as well as the dispatch area on the ground floor and a section of the cafeteria, will be covered with custom-sized oak wood block flooring measuring 70 x 70 mm and 18 mm thick. This covers an area of approximately 810 m². The blocks will be laid in a staggered pattern on the existing cement screed. The wood block flooring will then be treated with a solvent-free hard oil made from renewable resources.
