The services include preparatory measures such as subfloor cleaning (approx. 553 m² of flooring, 172 steps), priming, moisture measurements, and the provision of spare slabs. In the break room and corridors, approximately 139 m² of 60 x 60 cm, 2 cm thick, slip-resistant R9 concrete paving slabs, including base tiles, edge profiles, and a clean-off zone, are to be installed. For the cafeteria, approximately 152 m² of 60 x 60 cm, slip-resistant R10 concrete paving slabs with matching base tiles and stainless steel edge profiles are planned. In the stairwell, the landings are to be constructed with approximately 134 m² of concrete paving slabs, supplemented by base tiles and edge strips. The staircases consist of approximately 172 concrete paving steps (40 mm treads and 20 mm risers) with 42 contrasting strips, intermediate landings (approx. 128 m²), and base tiles. A floor covering of approximately 1.5 m² is to be installed in the elevator car. The grouting work comprises a total of approximately 858 m of permanently elastic silicone joints, supplemented by a tactile guidance system according to DIN 18040 with attention fields (approximately 18 in total) and guide rails (approximately 12 in total) made of stainless steel. Finally, protective measures (approximately 553 m² of floors, 64 m of stairs) as well as the initial maintenance of all concrete surfaces and steps are to be carried out. In addition, a small amount of hourly wage work is planned for foremen, skilled workers, and construction helpers.
