Description of the entire construction project: A new, L-shaped, two-story school building is to be erected on the property at "Schulgartenweg 1" in 06295 Lutherstadt Eisleben. The building will have no basement and a flat roof with a surrounding parapet and external drainage. The foundation will be a reinforced concrete slab with additional frost protection under the exterior walls. Exterior and interior walls will consist of reinforced concrete hollow-core wall panels. Only a few interior walls will be constructed of masonry or drywall. Precast reinforced concrete slab ceilings will be used. Prestressed concrete beams will be installed under the ceiling of the assembly hall. Suspended drywall ceilings will be predominantly used. The building envelope will be finished with an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) and plaster or brick slips. A passenger elevator will be integrated into the building, with an elevator pit under the slab. Heating will be provided by underfloor heating supplied by district heating. The classrooms will be equipped with individual room ventilation systems. The scaffolding for the facade will be provided by the client. Interior and other scaffolding falls under the responsibility of the structural work. Construction fencing, temporary power and water connections, as well as toilets, will be provided by the client.
