Geothermal system - geothermal probe drilling including the installation of geothermal probes and connecting pipes. The city of Fulda intends to expand its existing school capacity. A replacement building for the existing Cuno-Raabe School (primary school) is planned for the Gallasiniring district in the Ostend area, on city-owned land. The project will involve constructing a new building and integrating an existing church building into the school campus. The buildings will be heated by a combined heat and power system consisting of a geothermal system and a gas condensing boiler. The geothermal boreholes are planned for the southern part of the church's open space (between the church building and the adjacent daycare center). A total of 21 boreholes, each 200 meters deep, are planned. Two 200-meter exploratory boreholes have already been drilled to investigate the subsurface. The following specifications describe the construction of the geothermal probe boreholes, including the installation of the geothermal probes for 19 boreholes, each 200 m deep. Furthermore, the services for the excavation and pipeline construction are described. The bidder is essentially required to provide the following services: Standard: ● Construction of the geothermal probe boreholes, including the installation of the geothermal probes for 19 boreholes, each 200 m deep. ● Installation of a distribution shaft ● Connection of 21 geothermal probes to a distribution shaft ● Laying of the main pipeline to the school's boiler room ● All associated excavation work. Special: ● The distribution shaft must be accessible to trucks and have a DN 100 conduit connection for building automation cabling. ● Each probe circuit must be equipped with PT1000 sensors.
